FEATURED VENUE - The York Manor
I am so excited to feature The York Manor this week! What makes it really special is that it's a newly renovated historical landmark in Highland Park, so it has charm and character...and history! We shot our beautiful modern Gatsby photo shoot here after my co-organizer, Sarah of Kindred Wedding and Events, located them. We were able to have access to the venue however we wanted, really let our creative juices flow... The venue has a stage, which is perfect for special events, weddings, shows, etc. There is a great outdoor space, and a really fun basement bar area. It's honestly a perfect set-up for an outdoor ceremony, basement cocktail hour and indoor reception. The best feature? They let the clients bring any vendors of their choosing, no two events held at The York Manor will look the same - which allows the client to really shine. I love that. After all, it's the details that make each event unique!

Focus for 2019: Being able to provide the best services for our clients. Fun, love, and eaze are our main focus here at The York Manor. We want our clients to feel less stressed especially when planning a wedding as their are a lot of things that take place leading up to wedding day.
Favorite aspect of your career: Being able to see clients from the first time they come to the initial walkthrough, all the way to event day. Especially with weddings and seeing how much love is in the air from family, friends, and the couple. Its really satisfying seeing how we are a main part of such a beautiful day.
Signature style/product you’re known for: Design Your Own Day. We allow our clients to use any vendors of their choosing in their space. It allows them to create their event however they want. We are also three event spaces in one. As we have our white and bright main room, green outdoor backyard, and our prohibition speakeasy in the basement
